The Property Guys, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Richard Spencer and Steve Winder, a father-in-law and son-in-law team. The original focus of the company was real estate sales. After Richard retired in 2008, Steve gradually shifted the focus to property management where it has remained to today.

Steve has benefitted from years of mentoring from Richard in both real estate sales and property management. He and his wife, Sabrina, began investing in real estate in 2004 under Richard's tutelage and they now own several small apartment buildings in Colorado and New Mexico. Steve loves spending time with Sabrina, their five children, and one grandchild. He particularly loves the outdoors--biking, camping, hiking, and just about anything with a ball. He also loves serving in his church.
